叉車傳動(dong)軸的使用保養(yang)注意(yi)事項(xiang):

為了確(que)保叉車傳動軸的正常(chang)工作，并延長其使(shi)用壽命，在(zai)使(shi)用中請注意以下幾點

1．嚴禁(jin)叉(cha)車(che)用(yong)高速檔起步；

2．嚴禁猛抬叉車(che)離(li)合器踏板；

3．嚴(yan)禁叉車超載及(ji)超速(su)行駛；

4．應(ying)經常(chang)檢查傳(chuan)動(dong)軸工作狀(zhuang)況，如叉車(che)傳(chuan)動(dong)軸吊架緊固情況，支承橡膠是否損(sun)壞，叉車(che)傳(chuan)動(dong)軸各連接部位是否松(song)曠，是否變形等狀(zhuang)況；

6．在為叉車做日常保養時(shi)(shi)請及時(shi)(shi)向萬(wan)向節十字軸承加(jia)注潤滑(hua)脂(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)（黃油(you)），并根據不(bu)同(tong)的季(ji)節添(tian)加(jia)不(bu)同(tong)的潤滑(hua)脂(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)，如夏季(ji)應加(jia)注入3號鋰基(ji)潤滑(hua)脂(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)，冬(dong)季(ji)加(jia)注入2號鋰基(ji)潤滑(hua)脂(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)。
